User Agreement

You are also subject to all laws and regulations applicable to your use of our services, including those at the local, state, national, and international levels. You are liable for any activity that takes place under your account as well as the protection of your login credentials and account details.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials created by PixMongo, including, but not limited to designs, texts, graphics, logos, and software, are intellectual property of PixMongo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You should not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of PixMango's intellectual property or trademarks at all without the explicit written permission of PixMango. Any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service remains yours; you retain all rights.

Service Terms

Details on the specific services to be provided will be covered in a separate Service Agreement or Project Brief, which will be incorporated in these Terms and Conditions upon agreement. PixMango will do everything possible to comply with delivery deadlines within the given timeframes, but only if the client provides cooperation and timely access to necessary information and materials. Any alterations to the scope of work post the start of the project may require additional costs and change of delivery timelines. The service fees shall be as per the Service Agreement. The terms of payment will be indicated on the invoice and shall be strictly observed by the client.

Termination and Cancellation

You may stop using the services at any time by sending a written notice to PixMango. In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions, PixMango reserves a right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately without citing prior notice or liability. When termination occurs your right to use the service will lapse immediately. Survival. Legal Basis for Processing

Limitation of Liability

PixMango will not bear responsibility for any delay or failure in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control. Under no circumstances shall PixMango, its directors, employees, partners , agents , suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect incidental special consequence of punitive damages including without limitation loss profits data use goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your access to an inability for the service. You will also defend, indemnify and for the harm which you cause to PixMango or its licensing licensees by using the service either directly or through your account.
