Facebook Ads Specialist – USA Market

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team at our Dhaka office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-budget campaigns specifically targeting the U.S. consumer market, with a focus on optimizing ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling winning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategize, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns targeting U.S. audiences
2. Develop advanced audience segments, including interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting funnels
3. Analyze campaign data and implement optimizations to improve key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA)
4. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies
5. Collaborate with internal creative teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals
6. Maintain clear documentation and reporting on campaign performance and insights

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads management
2. Demonstrated success with scaling paid ad campaigns in the U.S. market
3. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

1. Experience in eCommerce marketing and funnel optimization
2. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify
3. Creative copywriting or design feedback experience
